Shop Policies

All Crochet/Amigurumi Pattern orders are digital orders, meaning that you will receive a digital PDF that is immediately available for download after purchase in your email. The following does not apply to Digital pattern orders.

  • Processing time varies per item. Please check each individual listing for the processing time.

    Some of the items in my shop are directly manufactured, packaged, and shipped by Printful instead of me. These items follow Printful's processing and shipping policies, and are labeled as Printful items in the description.

    For Items Shipped From Me: Once your item is marked as shipped, it is in possession of USPS within 24 hours. It can take USPS a couple days to update the shipping status from “Pre-transit” to “In Transit” even if your package is already on its way.

  • I do NOT accept cancellations or returns unless there is a problem with the item or with the fulfillment of your order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me (using the "contact me" on this site or on Etsy) within 21 days from delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defected, please contact me (using the "contact me" on this site or on Etsy) within 21 days from the time of delivery in order to receive a replacement. Photo proof is required.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact me (using the "contact us" page on the shopping site or through Etsy) within 21 days from the estimated delivery date.

    Please make sure to double check that your address is correct when placing your order! I cannot be responsible for delayed, returned, or lost orders as a result of an incorrectly entered address. Buyers are responsible for re-shipping costs. If you need to change or update your address, please contact me (using the "contact me" on this site or on Etsy) before your order has been shipped out.

  • While I regularly disinfect my workspace, all items (except for Printful items, which are marked in the description) are stored and packaged in a home with a cat and may be exposed to cat fur, cat dander, etc.

  • My crochet plushies are NOT recommended for young children or pets because the safety eyes can pose as choking hazards.
